These terms apply when you use Gilly Car Wash in Moga, buy a single wash, or join Gilly Wash Club. By using our wash or website you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Gilly Car Wash (“Gilly”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Gilly, G.T. Road, Dutt Road, Moga, Punjab, India. GSTIN: 03AEFPG3582E1ZX. You can reach us using the details on our Contact page.

2. Using the wash

• Pay at the self-checkout kiosk or tap your Wash Club card before entering. The barrier lifts once payment or membership is confirmed.
• Before entering, close all windows and the sunroof, fold mirrors if asked, and remove or secure anything loose on the outside of the vehicle.
• Follow the instructions of our team and the on-site signs at all times. Drivers normally stay in the vehicle. If you prefer, a member of our team can drive the vehicle through for you.
• For safety, we may stop the wash, or refuse a vehicle, if we think it could be damaged or could damage our equipment.

3. Vehicles we can wash

Our tunnel takes vehicles up to 2.1 m tall and 2.3 m wide. Tell our team before you enter if your vehicle has roof racks or carriers, light bars, aftermarket body parts, a lifted suspension, loose or damaged trim, or any other modification. We may decline vehicles that are not suitable for an automatic tunnel wash.

4. Damage and liability

• If you think your vehicle was damaged during a wash, tell our team before you leave the site so we can inspect it and review the wash together.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects or damage, loose, worn or aftermarket parts, items not secured as described above, or not following our instructions.
• Where damage is caused by our negligence or a fault in our equipment, we will repair it or pay the reasonable cost of repair. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to that amount.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

5. Prices and payment

• A single wash costs ₹299. Gilly Wash Club costs ₹1,199 per month. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
• We accept cash, UPI and debit and credit cards at the kiosk. Wash Club is paid by a recurring monthly payment (for example UPI AutoPay or a card mandate) once online payments are live.
• We may change our prices. Changes to the Wash Club price take effect from your next renewal, and we will tell you at least 30 days before that renewal.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Gilly Wash Club

• What you get: up to one complete Gilly wash per calendar day for one vehicle, using the Wash Club card linked to your membership.
• Renewal: the membership renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. Before each renewal charge you will receive a pre-debit notification, as required for recurring payments in India.
• Starting: the membership starts once your first payment and payment mandate are confirmed. Activate it on your first visit at the kiosk by choosing “Already a Wash Club member”, then “Activate online membership”.
• Your card: the membership and card are personal and linked to one vehicle. They cannot be shared, sold or transferred. Lost cards can be replaced by our team.
• Fair use: we may suspend or end a membership that is misused, for example used for more than one vehicle or more than one wash a day. If we end your membership for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of the current month.
• Closures: the wash may occasionally be closed for maintenance, power cuts, bad weather or holidays. Short closures do not change the monthly price.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The 3D tunnel, calculator and other content on gillycarwash.com are for general information and may be simplified. Opening hours, prices and services shown on the website may change. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Moga, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute.
